Frigidaire ultra quiet does not clean the dishes!

We are renting a home in the Austin area. I thought the frigidaire dishwasher we have in the home was broken. If I put a coffee cup in with out rinsing it out it does not come clean. Looking at the website I came across a new owner of the dishwasher and her complaint was everything I had experienced....

Bought in March, has broken down twice and it's only June

We bought the Frigidaire FDB1500LFS2 in March, 2009 to replace a Whirlpool Gold series dishwasher that we'd already put $300+ into after only 5 years. Thus far, we've had to have the Frigidaire serviced twice for the same problem. The cycle stops, the dishwasher does not drain.

It was not worth it, I would not recommend this model to anyone.
