Nice product

I like this dryer a lot. I have a very small space for my washer and dryer and the fact that this dryer can stack on top of a washer is amazing. This saves a lot of space in a tiny house. The drum of the dryer is pretty big and I was able to dry two thin quilts at once. This dryer has three heat settings which is also nice. For my regular clothes I can set the dryer on a lower heat, but then for towels I can use a higher heat setting. Overall, I really like this dryer a lot. I would buy another one like it if I found my self in that position. Load Capacity Lots of space for big items like sheets, quilts, and towels. Performance I think the dryer does a great job. I have two indoor dogs, so dog hair is a just a fact of life. This dryer really does a great job of pulling the fur from the clothing. I can take out the lint trap and find wads of fur (which is sort of gross - but better in the lint trap than in my clothing). Ease of Use Super easy to use. Also has a cool down setting on the timer which I like a lot. Durability The dryer is a few years old and still working like it did on day one. Design For the most part I love my dryer. The only issue is with lint. There is a vent at the front of the dryer. The vent is in front of where the lint trap lives. I recently found that there is a big area below the vent an lint trap where excess lint builds up. Luckily I found this on my own. I had to remove the lint trap and then remove two screws to remove the vent. Then I had to bend a wire hanger to dig out handfuls of lint. The lint had really build up quite a lot.

I love it. It's better than the washer.

I bought this dryer with its companion front loader washer as a set. I like them both. The washer, being a front loader, does get a little smelly. But I have no problems whatsoever with the dryer. My favorite thing about it is the lint screen. It removes easily from the front and it doesn't explode lint everywhere when you take it out. You are supposed to clean the screen before running every single cycle, though, which I thought would be annoying at first but it really isn't. The screen is small, and it catches a TON of lint so it's easy to wipe off, very smooth. The dryer is bigger than the washer on the inside, so the clothes have a lot more room to tumble. They get dry pretty quick. The buzzer is loud, so we have that turned off because we have a small house and it's easy to tell when the dryer's done.

dries like the sun shines

i realize the new thing is the big, pedestal sitting washer and dryer sets that cost about as much as a nice used car, but some of use are old school and like a dryer you can see inside.  plus, those front loaders make your clothes smell mildewy.  this 5.7 cubic foot frigidaire 4 cycle dryer has auto dry cycles, press saver and timed drying which includes a cool dry that i like to use for my shower curtains or anything with rubber or matting that may melt.  the drum is lighted and nice and big and the clothes dry in a balanced manner.  you seldom have to run a cycle twice in order to dry something unless the item is extremely heavy and completely sodden.  the lint screen is easy to clean as it is in front of the inside of the door, but big hunks of lint seem to go down into the recess of the lint screen holder and the only way to get it out may be with a vacuum attachment or careful fingers.  the only annoying feature is a buzzer that seems to sound for no particular reason and doesn't signify anything.

Handles what I put in it!

I ususally do not have a specific dryer model in mind when I go shopping for another dryer. But I would have to say that this Frigidaire dryer has to be my favourite model by far. Since this dryer is a commercial heavy duty model I am capable of drying a king size comforter in it withno problem, and room to spare. With a previous dryer model that I had (do not ask me the name because I do not remember it) it would take me at least three times to dry a king size comforter, but with this Frigidaire model it only takes once which saves both time and money. This dryer comes with four different temperature settings: high heat for whites, medium heat for colors, low heat for all delicates, no heat for those materials that need air fluffing (this cycle works pretty good at removing wrinkles from most fabrics). Ths dryer also has three timer settings: seventy minute timer, a timer for your whites, and a third timer that not only signals when it is done (the other two do this also), but it will continue to tumble your clothing for about another half and hour, to keep your clothes from wrinkeling, with the timer going off every five minutes. This dryer can make a great, inexpensive, alternate choice to those, much more expensive, models that do the exact same thing.

Frigidaire FEQ332E electric dryer is a good, small dryer

3

The Frigidaire electric dryer is a really good dryer for the money. It is on the small size but drys really well. I like the temperature adjust knob, it makes good use when doing delicates to use less heat and jeans where I usually use high heat. It dryes fast and completely. I've never had clothes come out that are still a little damp. The draw back is the size of the dryer. It is small. I also have the matching front load washer and find the doors don't match up, they both open in the same direction and there is no changing the doors around. This would be perfect if you had them stacked in a closet but not so when you have them side by side in a laundry room. Overall, I'm satisfied with the efficiency of the dryer, and the fact my clothes come out completely dry.

saves energy

I really like this drying b/c you can stack it with the washers to save room.  Also, I like the energy star features...one being then automatic sensor drying....the drying stops when the clothes are dry so it isn't on longer than it needs to be~

This Frigidaire has a knack for drying

5

Four years ago, I got the Frigidaire Dryer FEQ332ES and the matching Frigidair Front Loading Washer FTFS30ES for my apartment.  I fell in love with them at once, for one thing I no longer had to do my laundry at the laundry mat!!!!  Since my purchase, I haven't had any problems with the Dryer, I typically use the energy saver setting on low heat (to minimize any shrinkage)  The lint trap is easy to clean and conviently located in the front inside.  The only thing that I suggest purchasing, if you have extra cash, is the pedestool.  The dryer is quiet, has a light inside the drum, and an on/off  end of cycle signal. Features: - porcelain drum - 5.7 cu. ft. drum capacity - 4 cycles (including Permanent press), Precision dry moisture sensor, Cool Down - Drum light - End of cycle signal - 27"x27"x36" - 114.0 lbs - Stackable (kit purchase separately) Unlike most dryers I have encountered in the past, using the Precision dry moisture sensor, I don't have to worry about the clothes, sheets, towels not being dry.  I would highly recommend this dryer to anyone who wishes to purchase a Front Loading washer/dryer set.
