We have owned this Frigidaire dishwasher for 6 years! (I suppose it is about time for this supposedly invincible machine to need replaced, although it's not showing signs of that at all! It truly looks and functions like it did new! It is NSF certified, meaning it sanitizes 99.9% of bacteria...that is so important to me, and I truly sense more cleanliness compared to the last one I owned. Noise Level My house is ridiculously thin-walled, and my two-year-old son's room is beside the kitchen; his bed being no more than 6 feet away. He is an extremely light sleeper and I run the dishes all the time while he sleeps. It has never in two years woken him. This really says something, because if you open the fridge, he'll usually wake! Cleaning Time Very average- no complaint. Depending on the cycle you choose, it runs 1.5-2 hrs. Loading Flexibility It comes equipped with a removable silverware holder, and multiple spaces for plates, large and small, including a handy option on both upper and lower racks to fold the rows of spindles down, allowing space for larger or awkwardly shaped items. Performance I would say it does a very good job getting the dishes clean! No extra scrubbing required. Design Looks very professional and sleek with my matching kitchen appliances. Durability As mentioned, I wonder if and when it will ever break!

I bought this when my old dishwasher stopped working and it was a great replacement. I was happy the other one failed because it was nice to get one that worked so well. Noise Level You barely hear it. I can run it when the baby is sleeping and even when the rest of us are sleeping. Everything in the house has to be off and absolutely no noise in house and then you can hear it and even then it is so quiet. Cleaning Time I think all dishwashers just take forever. My old one took two hours to run and this one takes about an hour and a half almost two hours as well. Loading Flexibility I have a baby so there's bottles and my son's dishes, he's five, and then my husband and I have our dishes and I like to cook so there are alot of dishes in my home. We also eat alot at home we do not get to go out to dinner much. My dishwasher can hold almost everybody's dishes from every meal. Performance I have hard water and my old dishwasher took a beating from it and it got this crusty film all over it but this new one cleans great and it doesn't get the crusty stuff on it. I have had it for almost a year now and it still looks brand new. Design I love the stainless steal I have always wanted it for my kitchen. It looks great in my kitchen. Durability Like I said before I have hard water and it is holding up against it I love it. There have been days where I've had to run it twice in one day and it works so well.

This dishwasher came with our house and, for the first 3 years, it was great. The dishes were super clean and spotless. However, ever since then, the dishwasher has been performing poorly. I pretty much have to scrub the dishes clean before loading them or else the dishes come out as dirty as when I first put them in. Which, of course, defeats the purpose of using a dishwasher in the first place. I have tried to use a pre-rinse and that does not improve the dishwasher's performance. I have even tried to keep the dishwasher half-full before using it, hoping that it was because I was over-loading the dishwasher. That did not change its performance either. Noise Level It is not terribly noisy but you can definitely still hear it running anywhere in the house. Loading Flexibility It has an upper and lower rack that is pretty well-designed. We can fit large and small plates as well as large platters. The utensils case is standard as well.

I bought this dishwasher 7yrs ago. It stopped working around year 3. The design is sleek and modern, but the performance was subpar. Noise Level This is a very quiet dishwasher. You really only hear it when the water is running at the beginning of the cycle. No complaints there. Cleaning Time The cleaning time is just long enough that you're confident that the dishes are cleaned, but not too long that you feel it's excessive. Loading Flexibility Loading flexibility is pretty normal. Nothing too difficult. It's the pretty standard for you'd get in a dish washer. There are two levels for stacking cups and plates, as well, as a holder for silverware. Performance Like most dishwashers, I occasionally had to rerun the dishes through this dishwasher a second time because some things weren't thoroughly cleaned. However, for the most part, this dishwasher did what it was supposed to do the first time. Design I think it's a really good looking dishwasher. The design isn't over done. It's sleek and modern looking. It's simple so it doesn't upstage any of your decor in your kitchen. I love the stainless steel. All the appliances in my home are stainless steel so it fit in perfectly! Durability This was the most disappointing factor of all! I liked everything about this dishwasher EXCEPT that it died on me three years in. I used it on average twice a week so I expected it to last much longer than it did. The computer system got so wacky it would start running without having been turned out. If you're looking for something short term, this is a great buy. But for someone looking for a dishwasher that will last, I'd recommend going with another brand. Lesson learned!

This dishwasher has been a bit of a disappointment. We loved our Frigidaire refrigerator so much, we decided to trust the brand for our dishwasher, too. I guess that was our mistake. This dishwasher, while deafening, is not very powerful. I'm the type who pre-rinses the dishes until there's nothing left on them before I put them in the dishwasher, but if I miss a spot, so does this Frigidaire. It gets very hot even on the normal setting, but the dishes never actually get dry like they're supposed to. Everything is dripping wet after the dry cycle. Even if I leave it to air dry for awhile. It's like the dry cycle isn't even happening at all. It's not very big. Even though it's a standard sized dishwasher, the spray head that comes down from the top rack is so clunky and big it really limits the space in the bottom rack. If you want to put your skillets in the dishwasher, find something else. Noise Level This dishwasher is ridiculously loud. I'm not a pansy or anything, it just really is. Cleaning Time 3 hours. Durability I'm afraid it will never die....
