The Frigidaire FAC127S1A air conditioner is a pretty small window unit that is able to cool a large area very effectively.  It has a remote control, which is nice.  Also, different settings can be set so that a certain temperature is reached, energy is saved, or just the fan is running.  I like it a lot, although it is a little louder than I would like.
