Slow food service, no matter the location

Friendly's has great kids menus, lots of choices and include dessert. However, no matter what Friendly's we go to the service is incredibly slow. You know they aren't making those chicken tenders from fresh chicken, they're frozen, so WHY does it take 25 minutes for a meal? The food is usually served lukewarm, and then there's another 15-20 minutes for the ice cream! And that's with a relatively empty shop!
