My 19 year old daughter, Anna was pregnant and her due date was October 31, 2007. She had a wonderful pregnancy with no complications and no morning sickness. However, she was 6 months pregnant when she confirmed her pregnancy.

I'm a college student down here in the Frederick area. The first time I went to the emergency room was when I had taken a severe fall and cracked my back on the side of a stair. Im going to make this quick and simple. My grandfather went to this hospital last year for a gall stone removal. Had to come back this year because, he complained of pain. Turns out the surgery they did on him gave him an infection!!! So this time around they said he needed surgery again! "Had to be done right away!" Ok so he went into surgery.. and they had to put a tube in him to drain out the puss of the infection. The following is my opinion based on the care I have had and have personally seen.

I have been a patient at Frederick Memorial Hospital. My first child was born here. I have had to take relatives here at least a dozen times. It is by far the WORST hospital I have been in ANYWHERE!

The ER is NOT staffed by the hospital, but by another group. I have NEVER been there when they have enough staff on duty. They will not call more staff unless they are behind at least two hours - FOR THE EMERGENCY ROOM! If you go to the ER, expect to be there for AT LEAST 8 hours. If you are going to be admitted,...
