Franks hot sauce has wonderful flavor. Alot of hot suaces are so has you can not even taste the flavor of the sauce, the heat is just too overwhelming. There is not an overpowering flavor of hot sauce, and just the right amount of butter. A small amount of garlic and butter are key to having the perfect hot sauce. It is a bit more expensive, and since it is not too hot, the bottle does not last as long as some other brands.
