Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce —

What more can I say?  This is the ONLY brand of sauce that we use in our household.  2-3 times a month, my husband and I have "junk food" night-wings, sticks, skins, etc.  We cook our wings just like on the bottle.  Coat them with flour/paprika/cayenne seasoning, let sit in refrigerator for 60-90 minutes.  Heat deep fryer to 350, add wings and cook for 10-12 minutes depending on your wing size.  We then put on a cookie sheet covered with a paper bag to let the excess grease drain, put in the oven at 250 until all of the wings are done.  While the wings are cooking, we heat up the sauce with butter (this step is crucial I think-it takes out the vinegar flavor that some have complained about).  Once all of the wings are done, put in a large bowl, pour in sauce bit by bit, and toss.  YUMMO!!
