Francine Rivers - Redeeming Love — 

This book is a 2-for-1 in that not only was it extremely entertaining and catching, but each time that I sat down and read it (though i sped through it in 2 days), I felt like I had done a devotional.  This book is an amazing tale of how much God loves us and the absolute absurdity (to us, anyways) with which He does so.
