I read this book in order to obtain continuing education credit for my personal training certification; however, I found it to be full of important information. Often pain in our muscles and joints can be reversed by using the correct strengthening and stretching exercises. The books goes over a variety of exercises to help you and includes photos for each. It also discusses the causes of pain such as muscle imbalances and how this can be corrected.
