I read this book in order to obtain continuing education credit for my personal training certification; however, I found it to be full of important information. Often pain in our muscles and joints can be reversed by using the correct strengthening and stretching exercises. The books goes over a variety of exercises to help you and includes photos for each. It also discusses the causes of pain such as muscle imbalances and how this can be corrected. The book is good for anyone experiencing discomfort that may be due to an old injury or muscle imbalance, or personal trainers and aerobics…
