I reached out them several times via email and phone calls which are never answered. Only time I've heard a response from them is a replay when I left a bad review on another review site. FragranceNet.com is awesome! I hadn't heard of FragranceNet until recently but I'm very glad I found it. You can find fragrances at a very good price and you get free gifts with your purchase. They usually have discounts available on their website also. The shipping takes a little longer than I would prefer but oh well. They have recently added hair products, skin care, and makeup to their selection too. I have only browsed and ordered perfume from FragranceNet so I can't say much about their other beauty selections. FragranceNet has a huge selection of fragrances at a pretty good price. It's easy to browse through the perfumes and then chose the size of product you want. The shipping took longer than I would have preferred but it is free, so I assume that's why it took a little longer than it should have. There is a nice little bonus when you receive your package though. I received 2 free samples of perfume and a little pocket mirror. Little things like that set companies apart from others, you know? I like things like that. FragranceNet.com is a great place to shop for cheaply priced perfume!

I found a great deal for FragranceNet.com through a rewards website. I ended up ordering just a perfume sample, because I was not familiar with FragranceNet.com, so I wanted to check it out first, before ordering something bigger. The sample was reasonably priced, and the code available for free shipping could still be applied, which I thought was really nice. The sample came in about a week, which is slightly on the slow side, but I believe that was mainly due to the shipping method, since it looked like my package was shipped from their warehouse the day after I placed my order. Even though I just bought a sample, FragranceNet.com still threw in two extra sample perfumes plus a pocket size mirror, which I though was really nice of them. Based on my experience, I will definitely look at FragranceNet.com the next time I want to purchase a perfume. Ease of Use It was very easy to find what I was looking for and to place my order. Product Selection There is a ton of products to choose from. Product Pricing The few products I looked at seemed to be reasonably priced. Customer Service I have not had to use customer service. Shipping and Returns Shipping took about a week from the day I placed my order, which I guess is okay. There was a code for free shipping, which I used without any problems, even though I just ordered a sample. I have not had to return anything.

I love shopping on FragranceNet.com. This is probably the only online fragrance store that I trust and regularly shop from. They have a huge collection of fragrances from major brands as well as other cosmetics and gift items at great prices. The best part is that I can place orders online on their website 24x7! I select my chosen item, add it to cart and checkout. Since I am a member now, I just need to login to my account and my order gets placed even more quickly. I have ordered a lot of perfumes and colognes for myself and my husband from them and I have loved each and every product that I have received. Their shipping is pretty fast and you can easily track your order on their website. They also keep sending status updates and tracking information once the order has been shipped. Also, you can let them know if what you are looking for is not available on their website. Their customer service is great too. I am yet to have a problem with this website, so I would definitely recommend this website for fragrance purchases.

Whenever you like a particular perfume or cologne, it's always good to order it online because 90% of the time, it will be cheaper than purchasing at a department store. I found fragrancenet.com to purchase my Estee Lauder Pleasures perfume. I placed the order on a Friday and already received my order by Monday! Shipping was superb! The packaging was also great. They took good care in making sure that the bottle would not be able to break or leak during shipping. It was well packaged and arrived quickly...the two most important qualities to me when ordering online. Of course price was also a factor. It was cheaper than purchasing at a department store, but not too significantly cheaper. I wish they had more promotions. If so, I would probably order 2 or 3 bottles at a time just to get a better price because it's something I love and will keep using forever. Overall, fragrancenet.com is a good place to come to buy big brand names on cologne and perfume. I have not had any problems with them thus far.

I absolutely love this website, it has something for every one from young to old, male or female. I can get on this site and browse for hours reading the reviews and comparing prices and making wish lists! It's such a large amount, that I'm tempted to say that they have all of the top 1000 fragrances that are available. Also, they have different size variations as well. But the best thing about this is that you can buy tester bottles for a severe discounted price. Now I don't care about the packaging at all, so this is the option that I opt for all the time and what you get is usually double the amount for the price. You also get some Ebates rebates as well as a 21% off coupon that still works right now. Look at their collection, and buy the testers. You will thank me later. The only problem is there is no free shipping and the shipping is quite slow, I expected the perfume to be here in a week, but it took two week to arrive unfortunately

I really like the FragranceNet.com website because they have so much different fragrances that are all marked down to fairly decent prices but when they provide a great coupon and free shipping, that becomes an awesome offer! Once you log onto the website, you can instantly get a 20% off coupon for your next purchase as long as you enter your e-mail address and once you purchase your assortment of items and receive free shipping, your product will receive constant product updates on where your product is. I love how organized they are about providing you with your shipping information and tracking updates. Often times when ordering with a gift card, they always request that I contact them to update my information which can be fairly bothersome when you expect your products to have already have been shipped out. Overall, FragranceNet.com is a good website because it does offer fragrance products at a fairly low price and they often offer free shipping for customers. I love that their packages often to come with a free product like a mirror or mini fragrance and an additional coupon to use on a next purchase.
