Fossil - JR8122 Wrist Watch Review

I love Fossil watches and have eight of them. I want more too!

One of the first I got was the simple Fossil JR8122 Wrist Watch. This black on black watch is stylish and yet cool with a face that you can actually read rather than just glance at and guess what time it is.

The Watch

This watch has a thick black leather band. Thick bands are very today on women and go with everything. The face is black as well with silver touches and silver hands. Although some websites say this is a man's watch, it is unisex and fits my very small wrists fine.

The face is big and the ticks for the numbers glow in the dark. The watch buckles like a typical watch with plenty of holes for all wrist sizes. It is water resistant to 165 feet but not waterproof.

This one has the seconds displayed in huge numbers as they change each second (obviously). It's more for a cool effect than an actual stop watch or timer. You can turn that feature off if you want.

It's a casual watch and a somewhat punky rock star looking one that I wear when I feel rebellious. It keeps perfect time as do all Fossil watches.

My Use

I wear it, I get complimented on it, and I feel cool. It's not for those who like petite, ladylike watches although Fossil makes plenty of those. This is a big, bold watch that makes a big, bold statement.

All Fossil watches come with an 11 year warranty and are backed by Fossil. You won't need to worry about repairs if you buy a watch from Fossil or from their website.

I love this watch and have several more - some leather and some link. I especially love my wider ones because they're bold and trendy. And oh yes, because I can tell what time it is without squinting. Heh.

My Viewpoint

The Fossil JR8122 Wrist Watch is a great choice for men or women who have an inner rock star or rebel. It's trendy, cool, and very accurate. Fossil watches are made very, very well and this is no exception.

Love it as I do all my Fossils.
