I ordered a watch strap 3 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. When you call customer 'service' you are put on hold for ridiculous amounts of time, (more than 20 minutes). Then the customer 'service' person tells me I have to wait another week and a half before they ship a replacement. TERRIBLE. I will NOT buy Fossil products again.

I sent my watch in for repairs with the receipt after having a few flaws (after several years of owning it) and less than a month later received it back repaired in perfect condition all covered under warranty. I am very impressed with the response time and overall experience was beyond perfect.
