When I bought this car seat, I bought it for value, and the name. I am unhappy with the purchase because am unable to recline the back leaving my 4 year old uncomfortable. I didn' t have trouble installing, but it is better on looks then it is for the use of a child. It has a cup holder and arm rest, not very easy to maintain the cleaniness..
Graco SafeSeat
We registered for this car seat for its safety ratings and its look. The more we read, the more we liked. This is one of the FEW infant carriers that is rated for children weighing up to 30 lbs. instead of just 22 lbs. Alot of babies weigh 20 lbs at six months of age so you are having to buy a new car seat at 7 months instead of 12 months like you were planning. We got 13 month use out of this carseat and our son still wasn't at the weight requirement but was nearing the height of 32 inches. This is just about the best convertable carseat I've seen. The weight range is awesome and the quality and customer service excellent. I had an issue with a ripped belt pad and they took great care of me. I love the adjustable belts, it is so easy to turn and lift for adjustment.
The only thing that I would like better is another snack and drink holder or a bit of versatility with the one that come with it. You can only use it on the left side. I think that is the only major drawback in my book.
Love the colors and the pattern on it too.

This is a very good car-seat. It is soft and seems confortable for the baby. I just wanted to add that the color is more kaki than white, I was expecting some much lighter hue. The size is good, and a... word to those deciding what to buy: . This car seat does not have the side impact protection. That is the only con. . The bigger the car seat the longer you will be able to use it BUT, the heavier and bulkier it will be. With the new bigger carseats you are talking about carrying 50 pounds to get your baby out of the car with the seat (25 for the seat, about 25 -or even more- with the baby). So...
