A boat with some room to move around in.

The 2005 Ford Tauras is a very nice car. It can be hit a few times without super major damage. It can seem bigger than it really is at times. The trunk space is nice. The fold down rear seats are made for easy access which is exceedingly nice. It is all around a very good car espically for a first time driver.

Stalls in cold weather
daily driver, dependent on daily vehicle, interested in comfort, cost-conscious, a person who enjoys quality, commuter

Wouldn't start in cold weather.  Dealer went out of service, but Ford Motor Company still exists.  They hold the warranty.  Wouldn't honor it.  Said car must be out of gas or some other problem- couldn't be their fault that a six month old car can't start when the temp drops below freezing.  Ford treated me like an idiot- did I put gas in the car?  I will never buy another Ford car.

We bought this car used in 2007 and it has been great so far.  The backseat is really roomy adn our sons carseat fits perfectly in there!
