Ford Taurus - 1998 Review

This was the second Ford Taurus I owned. It was the third Ford vehicle to need a transmission rebuilt for my family. Two Taurus' and one Windstar, all within 18 months, the transmissions needed to be rebuilt. My husband and I were totally disgusted and after repairs, took the loss and sold the vehicles, practically giving them away. I was saddened by an American icon that had such poor performance and outcome. For my husband and I, we will do our best not to ever buy or drive a Ford again.
