I've had my Mustang for 2 years. Drives great and have had no problems at all with (knocking on wood.) My only problem with it... I'm kind of a big guy, and it's a little tough getting in and out of it since it's so low to the ground. Love driving it though!

I bought this car used in 2005, but it has been good to me.  I have a 6-cylinder automatic, which we commonly refer to as a "fake Mustang" because a Mustang is supposed to have a performance 8-cyl. & manual transmission.  For me, the mileage is pretty good.  I do have problems if snow is any deeper... review »

I've had my 2002 mustang gt for four years now. I bought it used in 2003. It's the best car i've ever owned! I have to drive one of our other four wheel drive cars in the winter, but when I put snow tires on they help a lot.
I think this car has amazing power and is so much fun to drive. I still get excited everytime i walk out into the driveway and see it. I would highly recommend getting this car in stick (manual), and if you don't know how to drive stick it's time to learn. It definately makes the mustang experience better. I love my Ford Mustang v6 2002 and I am a female!

Overall I would give my Mustang a 4.00 out of 5.00. I love the way my car looks and shine and attracts people's attention. I have made couple of changes like adding chrome and changing the lights and adding interior lights. I have a convertible and I am 18. For an 18 year old, I couldn't ask for anything more. I've had my car since I was 16 and I am absolutely in love with it. The leather seats are awesome! I wish they were heated though. Also, the car needed about $2,500 worth of repairs after it reached 100K but  I think it was worth it because it drives like new now. I am sure my next car will... review »

Great everyday car with a lot of class.

I have the 6 cylinder automatic model as well, but people who see a Mustang still realize what kind of car it is; a great everyday car that you can race as well.  Obviously a "fake" Mustang isn't gonna be beating many Camaros or Trans Ams any time soon, but it still puts ricers and 4x4s in their place.  Decent fuel economy, better than a big block.  Back seats are a tad small, but come on, it's a sports car.  Get over it.  Overall I think that the Ford Mustang is one of the best cars on the road in terms of power, comfort, ride and looks versus cost and fuel economy.  You can't really go... review »

Own 2 Mustangs and am very pleased with everything about them.

Bought our 16 year old daughter a Ford Mustang new in 1996.  This car had performed so good, that in 2002, we bought us one too.  Both are red. In 2006, she gave us the '96 back and bought her another one.  It has almost 200,000 miles on it and still performs just as good as when we bought it. This is a very dependable car, fairly good on gas mileage, and will be with you for many years.

As soon as I started the Mustang and heard the sound coming from the tailpipes, I knew I had to have this vehicle.  The very agressive tone, let you know the car had speed and power.  With a base horsepower of 260, there are many aftermarket products to get this car to over 500 horsepower.

I love my car. It is a great ride. The best car I've ever owned. The only bad thing about my car is my fault. I have 17 inch rims, and it doesn't prove that great in rain or snow. I'm sure it would be better if I got different rims.
