Ford Focus LX - 2000 Reviews

The Ford Focus started out to be the best car. Good gas mileage, ran very well, and perfect for my needs. Then reality set in and the car started to fall apart.

First the wiring went, which made some of the lights stop working. Then I found out it is almost impossible to get to anything in the engine. I am someone who will do for myself so changing the oil was impossible without briusing my wrist from the tight space.

Well, my car still gets good gas mileage but it runs really hard. I am 5' 10" and I have knee trouble from driving because the seat doesn't go back enough so if you're tall this car...

I got my Focus in 2003 when it was three years old and had 23,000 miles. I've been driving it for five years and it currently has 190,000 miles on it.  I have had very limited problems that were not maintenance related.  I can only think of two times since I've had the car.  I used to deliver newspapers, which added an extra 36 miles a day every day for a year, so I've pretty much tortured it.  Although it is loud when it runs, it just keeps going.  I've been impressed with this car.  It continues to get 27-29 miles per gallon.

I have had this car for four years, and have never had a problem with it.

It is very comfortable and when i buy a new car, i will consider a new Focus. The gas mileage is very good both city and highway. It is a very reliable car and has gotten me safely to all my destinations.
