Hello Guys and Dolls,
I am an Artist always looking for better products to use to create works. I happened upon Foray white drawing paper (12x18", 70lb acid free) quite by chance. I started using this wonderful paper with charcoals, the tooth of the paper is slightly smooth and it let me apply the charcoal easily.
I moved on to pencil colors from the charcoal. The paper has enough tooth to give a slight textrure to the pencil colors. The drawing has sold.
I decided to try it with watercolor pencils next. I really like this paper for this medium. The watercolor pencils really glide on smooth yet when you add the water it is texture a bit. The texture gives the art a bit of umph. I sold a couple of the watercolor pencils already.
The Foray paper pad is small enough to carry and easy to handle. It is big enough to give a fair size piece of art. I carry this pad with me to many locations for live drawing projects. I since have bought several of these pads to have on hand.
This product is very versitile.
