For Eyes Optical Eyeglasses and Other Vision Care Review

I have used two different ForEyes locations in my area and experienced the same thing in both locations.  The products that they sell, including eyeglasses, frames, sunglasses, etc., are great and made in great quality but all of the customer service I experienced through the staff did not really make my trip worth it and I probably will not be going back.

The optometrist that I saw at both locations seemed pretty knowledgeable and was willing and happy to answer any questions I had.  I did feel a little rushed in and out of the office, though.  I have had orders lost, messed up, calls not returned, unfriendly staff, and so on.

I do not mind a long wait, but I purposely schedule my appointments on "off" times so I do not have to wait.  At one appointment, the girl sat there and ate her sandwich and I had to ask her twice to get my contacts for me.  I was just picking up an order!  Not even there to see the dr.  I don't think I will go back.
