Mind you, there is no damage, scuffs, stains, noting, maybe the bottom of the shoe got dirt on it from trying them on, (which there was already dirty when I got them!) they said send it back, we will send you the correct size as the Under armour shoes apparently run a little small. Send it back, hear nothing, so I reach out and ask if they have an ETA. I am told by their return department, probably at least several weeks. I ask if I can just get a refund and Ill order new shoes. Although they are generally a bit more expensive than competitors, the site seems to be the first one carrying all the latest product lines. And, if you want Foot Locker exclusive products, the site carries them as well. Ease of Use Similar to most e commerce pages. You can shop by category, price, brand, or male/female. I also like the shopping cart feature,as it will keep items in the cart for a period of up to 30 days, so you can save items and purchase at a later date. Product Selection Far greater than other sites in terms of new product listings. They are more expensive, but carry the latest product lines and top name brand sporting goods. Product Pricing This is the main defect I find with this site. It is at least $5 to $10 more than you pay on other sites; and, if there are sales, it is for sold out items, or those with limited sizing. Customer Service The service team was somewhat helpful when I had an issue with an order. It arrived a few days later than promised, and when I called to find out where my order was, all they could tell me was it was in transit. Not very helpful and they didn't go out of their way to find the necessary information. Shipping and Returns Shipping is pretty slow, but they do offer free shipping on certain items, and orders over $100.

Footlocker.com has made it easy to be able to find shoes for not only yourself, but to fit your entire family. I love that online they have the widest selection of sizes, it is nice when you have a foot that is not the normal size. I have a very wide foot and being able to find shoes that are in a wide width in any store many times becomes a chore. Most places fail to carry sizes that are in a wide width and that makes it so hard to find shoes anywhere that will fit me. This website offers such a wide selection of wide width shoes that it is hard for me to find less than one pair! They offer some great prices and they even have a section that offers a daily deal and shows you the different styles that are on sale, and they have an amazing clearance section with so many different shoes. The shipping for each pair of shoes can get kind of expensive though, they do not do the free shipping and don't really bundle shipping either so the price there is a lot. Returns have been easy and hassle free and they are great when you have to call them with any questions.

I love how easy the website is to use, and the fact that they have all of the top brand names in shoes and athletic items, includin clothing. I have shopped at footlocker.com for shoes, but the prices are usually higher than I can find in stores, and the shipping policy is pretty poor compared to other stores that sell shoes. So all-around, I will buy the occasional pair of shoes from them, but have often found better deals elsewhere. Shipping and Returns Footlocker.com advertises that they offer free shipping on over 10,000 products as well as free shipping on all orders over $75. In my opinion, needing to spend $75 before receiving free shipping is too high in the first place3. On top of this, the "10,000 products" that have free shipping is not as good of a deal as it first sounds, since in my experience, these products are over $75. The guaranteed fit is helpful though. I've been hesitant to buy shoes online in the past in case they didn't fit. But footlocker.com offers free shipping on returns and exchanges if the shoes don't fit (if it is in the lower forty-eight states), which I have found extremely helpful and has been the turning point in my decision to buy a pair of shoes from them. The shoes fit great, but if I had not had the option of returning them if they did not fit, then I would not have bought them.

When I was little my mom and grandma always took us to foot locker to get new sneakers and we loved it. I still do and now I take my kids there. Anytime my shoes were getting a little worn down or I seen the cool new shoe come out, I knew foot locker always had them and in my size. The stock well on Nike, New balance, etcetc. They even contain comfortable and water-proof boots in the winter. All the items they sell have something in common: comfort. Their sneakers, clothing, socks and even sandals, are the most comfortable things you will ever put on your body. Mainly because they sell great quality brands; it's soft and durable. At times, they are pricey for me, but the sales they have usually pertain to clothing or (not as nice-looking) shoes. When it's on sale, it is ON SALE; very affordable and worth it! Footlocker.com is a great store to shop online. They offer free shipping on many items and have a $75.00 spent free shipping offer that covers all items. hey also have a rewards card but I don't personally have any experience with it because I don't shop there often enough. What I love about shopping here though is that they have a lot of really cool features. Their live chat times are extensive and the staff are very knowledgable too. They always answer my questions fully and accurately. Their products have a really good size and color range and the site itself is very up to date and innovative. They tend to send coupons and specials once you sign up or make a purchase from the site. The shipping times tend to vary from 2 days to about 1 week for me. I have never had a problem with returns from them either. They always get my order right the first time but, because of the way they manage the rest of the business, I am more confident that if I did have an issue, they would address it quickly just as they do with questions or other concerns. Footlocker.com is a really good place to shop but their overall prices can be a bit high sometimes. Despite the general pricing I am a happy customer.
