I made this large purchase a few years ago. Although it was pricy, it was most definitely worth it. These pans are in fact the best of the best! Doesn't Stick These are fantastic! I tend to use a lot of cheese when I cook and cheese usually sticks to most pots and pans. Not these ones! I do not find myself scrubbing cheese off of my pans for days. That is the ultimate test, if cheese does not stick, it's a good pan! Heat Distribution I find heat gets distributed pretty evenly across all of the pans. The larger ones take more time, naturally, but they do distribute evenly. Ease of Handling These pans are HEAVY! Sometimes I do have a hard time picking them up, because they are that heavy. Although, it could be worse- like cast iron! Ease of Cleaning Very easy to clean. Honestly, most of the time, you just need to wet a paper towel and wipe the pan down. I find these pans do not require a lot of soaking or scrubbing. Design Great modern and chic design. These are not your grandmother's pots and pans! Durability Very durable! I have dropped a few of mine by mistake, the handle does not snap, the pan does not scratch. Very high quality!
