We have this grill for about a year now and couldn't be happier.  While renovating our house we had no working oven, this did all we needed.  The plates all come off easy and are very simple to clean being nonstick and all.  I have done waffles both for breakfast and for waffles and ice cream, toasted cheese, chicken and so much more.  Clean up is a cinch and it's not really  a huge piece of electric that you can't find space for it.
