I'm sorry.  I have no idea what brand IHOP uses.  But, clearly you're not from my neck of the woods.  IHOP coffe in St. Louis SUCKS!  I like Maxwell House myself.

I don't think you can. Dunkin Donuts has a coffee out that is really good. You could try that.

GSM...From what I understand IHOP utilizes a blend of coffee which is only available to them and is not sold to the general public.  I am in the process of securing additonal information on this subject and will keep you informed if you would like. Keep in touch  Additionally, may I suggest that you google JUST COFFEE. Be sure to let Tommy Bassett, co-founder know I referred you....
