I am a carnivore.  I like any meat.  If I haven't eaten it, that just means it hasn't been available to me.  I will try any type of meat.  Only one thing I found I didn't like.  A lunch meat called Dutch Loaf.  It felt like melting jello in my mouth and smelled like dog food.  But, I tried it.

My preference is chicken or turkey. Once in a while I do enjoy a great hamburger or steak but that is seldom.

I also love tuna: fresh or canned. There are other fish that I enjoy, too.

I use a lot of chicken and I substitue turkey meat for my hamburger meat since it is supposed to be more healthy for you.

That is a fabulous favorite meat Jo... Even my 4 year old has that as his favorite as well.

For me I was raised on meat of any kind.  I would have to say my favorite is venison at this point.  Every fall I can always stock up my freezer just by visiting my dad's house.  Venison can be used in any beef recipe but it adds just a bit of different zip to your meal.

I don't really have a favorite. I am a meat eater but wouldn't be if I could get my protein elsewhere. I do eat loads of chicken breast though because it is low in fat and good for protein. I really eat very little red meat and no pork other than ham which I do like a lot. I would say 9 times out of 10, I'm eating something made with chicken these days although turkey breast comes in a close second for sandwiches.

Oh man, I love pretty much all meat but I'd say my absolute favorite is lamb.  Go to Canada and have a gyro at the massive market they have in Vancouver with lamb.  Embrace it and love it.  I love veal too...and when you're eating mexican, if you see a dish with chorizo in it...EAT IT!  lol

I've tried head cheese too...its a texture thing and is better at room temp rather than right out of the fridge.

Rib eye steak on the grill. I am a griller and have my own site Yes You Can Grill. I love all meats really, but Rib Eye  - yep - that's our fav.

I am not a huge meat eater.  When I do eat meat, it is usually beef - hamburger steak.

I love chicken in almost any form.  Love it fried or or on the Bar-B-Q.  Love it in more refined dishes as well, like a nice picata or marsala dish.

I love good steak, rib-eye or sirloin, grilled, or pan seared, medium rare to medium well depending on the thickness.

Second to that would be chicken in any form as well, oven fried is one of my comfort food favorites.

I think if a meat is cooked right and tastes good, it's more important than what type of meat it is. If it's tender and juicy, I like it!

I like Bison. In Utah, they rounded up bison twice a year off Antelope Island in the Great Salt Lake and it was super fresh in the grocery stores. It's really lean, too.

NattScatt is a brave person... those things might taste good, and maybe if you slipped them to me and I didn't know what they were I might like them, but thinking of innards makes me shiver!

I've seen cattle being slaughtered (not in a slaughterhouse) and ugh... no. no innards for pitcherday!
