What are you grilling for the 4th of July? And, any tips or hints to make something extra good on the grill?

I don't think we're actually grilling anything this weekend. July 4 will be spent at the neighbors and they'll be doing the grilling. However, I did buy a new grill on Wednesday and expect to pick it up this coming Monday (July 6). That's my grilling accomplishment this weekend.
