Calling all cooks!

Have any yummy recipes using Kraft food products?

Kraft has introduced two flavors of Philadelphia cream cheese spread:

Spinach and Artichoke

Sundried Tomato and Basil

Here are a couple snack recipes using these new flavors:

SPINACH & ARTICHOKE SPREAD
Spread PHILADELPHIA Spinach & Artichoke Cream Cheese Spread onto TRISCUIT Crackers.

SUNDRIED TOMATO & BASIL SNACKS

Hi Meredith,

My boys love Kraft Velveeta cheese dip.

Brown one pound of sausage or hamburger. Our fav it hot sausage - Frank Corriher brand especially. Be sure to use a fork or something to mash up the meat into little clumps, or the dip is awfully lumpy.

Drain off the fat.

Add one can of Rotel tomatoes. The regular are better. The spicy is a bit much esp if using hot susage. If folks really do not like spice, there's also a mild. Rotel is a brand name, and the cans are small - like 10 oz. I think.

Cut up the small pack of Velvetta cheese (1 lb I think) or the bigger sized jar (just scoop it in).

Stir in the Rotel tomatoes and cheese and cook until the cheese is melted. This can be done on top of the stove fast or in a crock pot slow. Can also be done on the stove and then put in the crock pot to keep warm.

This is not a super pretty dip, but it tastes fabulous. My son in college always asks me to make this when he comes in. He and his buddies can knock out a whole batch in one visit.

We mix velvetta with a can of Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles for the easiest and best vegetarian queso :)  The recipe is on the can but you really don't need one - just melt velvetta while stirring in rotel.  The end!   It taste as good as the mexican restaurants!!

I also go to KraftFoods.com all the time.  I love how many meals you can make with just a few ingredients :)

That sundried one sounds yummy... I love cream cheese and bagels so I'm gonna try that this weekend when we go shopping :)  Thanks for sharing!!!

Hi Meredith,

I love the Easy Bistro chicken. It's simple and so good. I serve it over noodles. I also like the All in one pot saucy pasta. So simple and it makes a lot.

I love that spinach artichoke cream cheese.  It's so yummy. I put some on a baked potato tonight and it was delish.

Incidentally, in case anyone hasn't noticed yet, Kraft has published a bundle of really dynamite coupons this month.  Really great discounts.

I just checked out a book from the library called "Kraft Halloween."

Cheezy Beer Dip

Micorwave Cheez Whiz, stir in beer, garnish with green onion slices.  Serve with bread sticks or pretzels.  Two  minutes to make and yummy for a Halloween party.
