I'm a coffee lover. I'm not a "nice" person in the morning until I've had a cup of coffee. Well, it's not that bad but I am a bit grouchy! After the coffee starts flowing in my veins, I can get on with things. I recently tried the new Folgers Gourmet Chocolate Truffle Coffee which led me to wanting more of a good thing. My next purchase was the Folgers Gourmet Creme Brulee coffee which sounded very rich and tasty!

Folgers Gourmet Creme Brulee Coffee

This coffee comes in 12 oz. white and pink bag. It is a regular grind gourmet blend that can be used in a perculator, drip coffee pot or other coffee makers such as Mr. Coffee. This blend is a rich creamy vanilla flavor with a hint of caramel. I paid $5.99 at Walmart Superstore which is more than a decent price for a flavored coffee.

My ViewPoint

I wasn't quite sure what to expect in this gourmet blend. The name implies sweetness, especially when you think of vanilla and caramel together. I was afraid it may be too sweet. Since I do not put sugar in my coffee, having too much of a sweet coffee is not something I enjoy. However, the flavor is blended very well and the vanilla is mild and super smooth. There is just a hint of caramel that gives the flavor a distinct gourmet taste. I didn't have anything to worry about with Folgers Gourmet Creme Brulee being too sweet. It's not!

The aroma this coffee puts out when brewing is wonderful. It will have your kitchen (or office) smelling so good! I think I would brew this even if I didn't like it for the aroma!

I guess you have figured out by now that Folgers Gourmet Creme Brulee was a hit for me. I love it! It is a great way to break the routine of regular flavor coffee with something special! This would also make a great gift for anyone that loves coffee, just pick up a couple of packages of different flavors, a basket, some ribbon and you have a great gift for the holidays!. I give Folgers Gourmet Creme Brulee 5 VP's!

Neither my mother nor I like the taste of coffee but think it smells wonderful when brewing. This sounds like it would be heavenly.
