FlowersFast.com has NO customer service. An order was placed on 2/17/13 and was to be delivered by 2/20/13. The evening of the 20th I called the 800 number and got a recording that said they were not taking calls and to send an email which I did, including the order number, and asking for an ETA. NO RESPONSE. I spoke with the (non)recipient today, 3/4/13 and the order has STILL not been delivered. I sent an email requesting a full refund. If it is not received, a call to Visa ought to straighten it out.
