I recently planned an awesome trip for me and my husband recently. FloristExpress.com was right along for the ride. I was able to use the site to find exactly what I needed. I was slightly disappointed that they didn't have live chat because I had so many questions but, even so, I was able to call up the customer service center and receive prompt assistance. It was really cool how I was able to have them on the phone while I was also online and have them answer all my questions and guide me through the process as well. I set it up to have the basket delivered to a hotel, they went above and beyond my expectations. The shopping was easy although I wish they had more to choose from as far as food and edible items go. The basket that I chose was of high quality and moderately inexpensive. Their overall prices on their bouquets are slightly above their competitors average price. I think their main competitive edge is that they have the ability to deliver certain bouquets on the same day that the order is placed. The basket we received was consistent with the way it appeared on the website. The fruit was lush and fresh. It had a healthy color to it and was ripe and delicious. The chocolate was fresh and delicious and so was the jam and the grapes. The tea pot was awesome and we got to have a cool relaxing breakfast in bed.

Florist Express Delivers Disappointment

Florist Express would need to improve to be called poor.

I ordered the flowers 2 weeks before the delivery date and they were delivered a day late.

Florist Express would need to improve to be called poor.

I ordered the flowers 2 weeks before the delivery date and they were delivered a day late.

The website guarantees 100% satisfaction. If you're not satisfied, you have the option of

replacement or your money back, your choice.

Days later and after a trail of e-mails (in which they call me by the wrong name) they're stuck

on a 20% refund and $10 off a future order - nothing close to what was promised.

I will never order from them again and I tell anyone who will listen to avoid Florist Express

at all costs.

Update: I tired of the e-mails that contained nothing but canned responses and called

customer service. After a LOT of persistence on my part and a LOT of attitude on the rep's

part (and several conversations with his supervisor,) the rep angrily said my account would

be refunded in full and promptly hung up on me. PayPal just notified me that the refund has

been received.

They manner in which this was handled clearly indicates they care nothing about their

customers.

Grocery store, cheap looking flowers!

Ordering from FlorestExpress was an absolute disaster, which really disappointed me because I had a bad experience with 1-800 flowers and I was looking for another company to use when I wanted to send people flowers. I went online and found a nice looking purple and yellow bouquet to send to one of my friends who was graduating school. She received the flowers and when I saw them for myself the flowers were not very good quality and looked like they were picked up from a grocery store. They were just mix matched together in a cheap looking vase and it cost me almost $80 to order these flowers and have them sent! You can get better looking arrangements by stopping at your local grocery store or from Costco. I tried to call customer service to let them know I was not happy with what was delivered and they refused to give me a refund. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend anyone use this website.

Totally dissatisfied!

I ordered a "deluxe" floral arrangement for Mother's Day from Florist Express. I paid an additional fee to have the flowers delivered on Friday before Mother's Day. The flowers I chose online stated the arrangement would "measure approximately 11 1/2" by 15"". The flowers were delivered on Thursday instead of Friday, they were by no stretch of the imagination "deluxe", they were not "done up in a big pink bow" as advertised and they were drooping over by Sunday, Mother's Day! I called Florist Express who first offered me a 30% refund. Really, 30%? I did not want a refund I simply wanted a new arrangement as advertised promptly delivered. Several calls and irate discussions later, it was agreed the florist would pick up the originial flowers and re-deliver what should have been delivered to begin with along with a note of apology. Well, they did re-deliver an arrangement crammed into a tiny vase with flower stems measuring approximately 5 inches long. I'm asking myself how flowers with 5 inch stems could translate into an arrangement that measures 15 inches in height? The flowers were roses, daisies, chrysanthemum, asters and limonium--none of which is a tall flower. I refused to get into another hour-long phone conversation with Florist Express and merely sent a "dissatisfied e-mail". I'm sure I know where that is going. By the way, I ordered another arrangement for my Mother-in-Law from FTD. Those flowers arrived on the expected delivery date and were beautiful, just as I had anticipated they would be. Imagine that!

DON'T DO IT SAVE TIME AND MONEY!!!!!

if your thinking of ordering from FLORIST EXPRESS i recommend you don't you'll just get ripped off like i did. They ruined my mothers day gift i placed 2 orders one for my mom and one for my sister .... my sisters flowers never got to her they delivered them to the wrong address and my moms arrangement was not what i had order so i called them to let them know the situation and after 4 long phone calls i could get a hold of a manager .Wen i explained the situation to him he told me that he couldn't do nothing that he was aware that the arrangement i got deliver was not the same in the pic because he had already had complains about it before so all he could do was give me a 50% discount for next time i shop for them!!!!! yeah right i would never never buy a single thing from them so bottom line i paid $150 and got the worst arrangement's ever.
i honestly don't recommend it!!!!!!

Ruined valentines

I tried to order flowers online and could not. When I called even the agent had a tough time finding what I was trying to order. Had to talk her through recreating the steps I went to to find the product. She then said it was not available through them although on a page with their logos. I picked something they did have then only to have to call them back at 10 pm on valentines when no flowers had been delivered. I was told a note was already on my account t hat my order had been cancelled. They insisted an email had been sent. It arrived about 20 minutes after I got off the phone.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! my husband ordered a $100 bouquet for valentine's day for me and IT NEVER GOT HERE!!! they even charged him the "valentines day fee"!!!! he called that night and they assured him that he was going to be refunded and that they would still send the flowers the next day.... STILL NO FLOWERS. he called again and all they can tell him is that they don't know why the flowers weren't delivered. they didn't even notify him that the flowers hadn't been delivered! HORRIBLE PEOPLE HORRIBLE SERVICE.

far below expectations

I ordered a bouquet + ballon for Valentine's day.
The delivery man was not able to find the adress so he called me several times and I had to drive him. At the end, I meet him in the street. But for 18$, he would have been supposed to deliver to the door! This was supposed to be a surprise but not anymore when my husband saw me talking over the phone about some flowers and delivery. I finally offered him the bouquet.
On top of that, the bouquet was far smaller than the picture and some flowers were even faded. Message card was hand writted, not even printed and the ballon not enough inflated.
Well a complete fiasco that cost me 57$. Not even a box to carry the vase...
I won't recommand this supplier, they are non professionnal.

Terrible customer service

I could have saved myself a lot of heartache had I done my homework first. I purchased flowers for my mother on her birthday. I received a call a few days prior to the delivery and was told my original order could not be produced by a chosen florist. So I picked an arrangement that was described to me over the phone. THEN I received another call stating that the florist could not produce the exact arrangement for the top of the flower cake. What I am curious about is; does the company even call the nearby florists and find out which ones can produce exactly what the customer ordered. To add insult to injury these flowers did not even get delivered to my mother until the next day. Florist Express reaction: Oh well, have a nice day! This company does not pride itself on customer service at all.

HORRIBLE & WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!
FIRST OFF...I went to ProFlowers to order flowers for Mother's day. Unfortunately, they couldn't deliver to her address. I suppose because she lives more in the country. Last year they delivered to her with no problem. But this time ProFlowers directed me to this page, Florist Express. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT order from here. If you use your credit card you WILL be charged more than once. Thankfully, I used a debit and I was able to not get charged at all.
My experience here was awful! I ordered once a beautiful bouquet!!! BUT realized even after confirming the order it wasn't being taken out of the bank. I ordered again..and when my husband came home he ordered also because after confirming it would take us back to the main page. It was CONFUSING. It does not explain if it will send or not or anything. Most likely it would charge you multiple times.
Anyway, I will NOT order from here again. Mother's Day came along a few days later & my mom did NOT get her flowers. After picking out a beautiful bouquet and card for her, it just never got to her. From what others say, they ONLY want your money OBVIOUSLY. I wish I came on here to look at the reviews before I ordered. AND ALSO, I cannot believe that Pro Flowers would direct me to them ..why?? to get ripped off. wow. HORRIBLE!

Was a Good Experience

I placed a Mother's Day order for delivery on either Thursday or Friday through Florist Express. The local florist contacted my Mother In Law on Thursday to schedule a Friday delivery, and they were delivered on time. MIL said the flowers were beautiful so my experience was a positive one and I would use them again.
