I was in such a bad way before I used this.  I was always stuffed up and swollen feeling inside my nose.  I was so uncomfortable!  After trying another brand of steroid nasal spray, my doctor tried me on this one.  I have been on it for years--ever since I first tried it!  I love it and it helps with my nasal discomfort!
