This is the perfect little camera to tuck in your bag and keep with you - you'll never miss anything!! The sound and video quality are great for the price, and the ultra portability is awesome. Plus, it has a USB that pops out, and the video editing software is right there, so there's very little fuss involved. I'm very happy with my camera, and I've been using it for about 4 months.
