 Flintstones Vitamins are very cute and easy to chew up. My kids love these things as I did when I was a kid. Now that I'm grown I don't like the vitamin taste but still chew one every once in awhile. A multivitamin with Vitamin A, C, D, E, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12, Sodium and Carbs and Sugar. Chew 1 tablet a day adults and children over the age of 2. I like a lot the Flinstones, my first flinstones vitamins, cause they rock, and they get you out of trouble with the little ones. I recommended to my little nephews instead of other ugly and bored and bitter ones, because with the Flinstones, since they see the picture on the box, they kinda get excited to try it, the first time, and the second one, is true, they even ask you to give then their flinstones diary dose. It is practical, and you don't loose time triying the babys to take it. And of course, get you good memories, of your childhood.
