Growing up, my mom used to give my siblings and I Flintstones Complete Vitamins because she thought we were too skinny and didn't eat well. It supported our immune systems and health. We all loved taking them and I remember always trying to sneak some extra ones for me. Now as a young adult, I still take Flintstones Complete Vitamins because I have gotten used to taking one a day, and I will admit that I love them so much. They taste great. They taste even better than candy. Not only that, but they are good for me as well. I feel like my immune health is great because I have been taking these for such a long time. I do not get sick as much as other adults I know. It may sound silly for some people that I am taking children's vitamins, but truth is, not only did I get used to them, but I find them tastier than the adult vitamins. I have been buying Flintstones Complete chewable tables for years. When I worry if my children are getting enough vitamins and minerals, I reach for these tablets with the full knowledge that these are my safety net! My kids find them as palletable as sugar candies so it is a good idea that the manufacturer has put a child resistant cap on the top. In addition to the myriad of vitamins and minerals, this particular brand of tablet has extra vitamin D which supports strong bones. Interestingly, when I was pregnant with my first child, I had very bad morning sickness and when my doctor discovered that I hadn't been able to get down or keep down any food nor vitamins, she recommended that I just try taking one Flinstone tablet per day to get a small amount of the necessary nutrients I needed. They turned out to be the only vitamin I could manage to keep down. They come in a variety of flavors and are labeled a Pediatrician's number 1 choice. They have my total recommendation.

My kids love these. I started them on these because I took them as a child and thought they would like them as well. They like them so much my younger child is always asking for more and always remembers about them when he wakes up in the morning. I really love these and am thinking about upgrading them to a chewable version
