There are a lot of great reviews on this product, so I tried it. I just was not impressed. You may only use the specific coffee and tea packets made for this machine and they're not that exciting. They taste a bit bland. I'm a big fan of Starbucks and Gevalia coffees and there's no way to brew these brands.
