Flat Top Grill in Lombard is a wonderful restaurant! It is similar to a Mongolian stirfry, just 1,000 times better! Your entire meal is custom made by you so you can accomadate whatever your dietary preference - vegetarian, vegan, meat lover, low carb, low calorie, etc... You start by choosing if you would like any noodles or rice (brown and white) in a bowl and add whatever, if any, veggies you would like. It also has vegetarian forums of protein such as seitan you can choose. Then, you add your sauces. You can choose hot and spicy, sweet, savory, or any types. They have many allergy friendly options. Then you add any meat or seafood that you would like in a separate bowl. Finally, you choose how you would like your meal cooked. It can be just stir fried, turned into a soup, rolled into mooshu wraps, or turned into lettuce wraps. Your food is served hot and ready to eat. Allergy or vegetarian food can be cooked separately and still tastes great! The prices cannot be beaten. Go before five for the best deal as lunch prices apply.
