This Book Is Time-Consuming To Read But Helps With Weight Loss

This is a detailed book on how to lose weight with helpful tips. It is well written, but time-consuming to read. It gives good advice on appetite control and losing weight. It has all sorts of recipes and plans to choose from. However, they are "not" easy to follow. The meals you have to make are hard to find, and expensive. You are supposed to eat 1,600 calories a day along with a few other rules for the "Flat Belly Diet" to work. I had many choices to choose from. I love eating fish. I was able to eat fish with the different recipes they presented. I ate whole grains and vegetables, which I love as well. You can eat meats on this diet. You can also eat fruits and nuts too. There are other treats you can eat as well. The recipes in this book taste fair to delicious. You have to give up a lot of things you like to drink on this diet. Drinking wine, coffee, diet sodas etc. are off limits. I did lose a few pounds though. This diet says you will lose 4 inches in 4 days. I don't have belly fat, so I don't know if this book will help you with that. I tried this diet for overall weight loss. I was supposed to lose approximately 15 pounds in a month, and that did "not" happen. This book is a fair price for all of the information you are given. I recommend this book for people who love to cook, while dieting. I give it 3 STARS out of 5.
