It is important to monitor your heart rate. You want to get it up there without overdoing it. Heart attacks are the #1 killer of women. Mostly because like men, women don't usually experience acute chest pain. You might call it a silent killer. We just have pressure on the chest, indigestion, and maybe a stiff neck. You don't associate it with your heart and that could be the death of you. If you experience any of these symptoms please have them checked out by your health care provider.
