The gazelle is a simple machine that doesn't take a lot of brains to understand how to use.  You can do this exercise while watching TV.  The machine is so quiet and simple to do you don't even need to concentrate on breathing or anything about the exercise.  But the gazelle is an effective machine, especially for the waist down.  Getting off can feel awkward but in the end you will see results.
