what a great, EASY, way to firm and tone! I love this machine! Just 3 or 4 times a week, at least 5 - 10 minutes each time, and what a diffrerence it makes! You can work virtually any part(s) of your body just by the position you take on the Gazelle. I have had comments from others about the indents (or definition) in my upper arms, and the tightness of the rest of me after working on the Gazelle just a few short weeks!
My biggest problem with workouts is being consistent, so this is a great, no excuse way to keep up with keeping in shape! I keep mine behind my couch so it is easy to just hop on and 'go' whenever I have a few minutes.
