I have seen people loosing more than 20 pounds with this machine in less than a month's time. it has 4 level programs that gives you ease of selecting the level without changing the levels manually. It is so easy to use. you can even exercise while watching Television or reading book or newspaper. Its static handle makes the arm movement optional. By holding that you need not move your arms and read books while working out.
