Cheap, effective and low key.

willing to pay for quality, health conscious, married, a mom first

Great for those who don't like working out surrounded by steroid monkeys and gym skanks. Fitness 19 has top-of-the line equipment and it's always extremely clean. It's usually not too crowded and I can get in and get out without ever having to wait to use a particular machine. If you don't mind taking your shower at home and not having all the frills like a pool, classes, and tanning beds than you'll appreciate Fitness 19. The price is incredibly cheap, especially when compared to local competitors like Bodyplex.

Excellent value for my money

not fond of sweating, relatively new exerciser, in need of fast effective workouts, appreciative of good service, willing to pay for quality

Fitness 19 is a great value for your money. It meets my needs as I do not require the whirlpools and spas and the structured classes. I like the fact that they have an inexpensive daycare onsite so that your children are taken care of while you work out.
