The shoes are comfortable, but might not do what they claim.

I have 2 pairs of these shoes, because they are comfortable.  They did initially take some getting used to because of the sole of the shoe though.  I haven't noticed any change in my thighs or butt, as they claim to firm those areas.  I guess for someone who doesn't want to work out, these might be a good option, although, at $50 a pair, they can get pricey.
