I had never heard of Fisher and Paykel before; I decided to give them a try and the gamble paid off.  I am pleased with it's performance.  I only bought the washing machine, now, I'm in pursuit of owning the dryer.  Let you know how that turns out.  I can't find my camera at the moment to snap a picture; though, it's an attractive looking machine.

I bought my Fisher & Paykel in 2006. I loved it's preformance however after 1 yr almost to the day the pump went out. The next year in the same month as before the pump went out again. Now it is the third year and the pump has gone out again and Fisher & Paykel are refusing to do anything about it even though there is a history of this issue. They will not take my calls and the ONLY warrenty repair shop in this area for them cannot get through to them either. I had the part ordered over a month ago and it still has not arrieved. The product is good when it works but when you have small children and your washer is not working it is a nightmare. Fisher & Paykel has the worst customer service I have ever seen.
