Fisher Price Ocean Wonders Aquarium Cradle Swing —

My son loved sitting in this swing, watching the lights, and grabbing at the fish.  But he tipped over in the swing and got his head caught between the bars.

When this happened, he was well within the age and size restrictions for the swing.  He was buckled into the swing properly, and it was placed on the floor.  I followed all the safety regulations to "to a tee".

When the lights were flashing, he leaned his head to the side in order to be able to see better.  Babies are so head-heavy and don't have great balance.  The weight of his head literally tipped him sideways in the swing.  His head went in between a bar of the frame and a bar of the swing.  The swing beat him in the head every time it rocked back.

I was in the room with my son when it happened, so I saw the whole thing and was able to immediately stop the swing and take him out of it.  His head was only bumped twice and he was not hurt at all.  But the situation could have been much worse if I had not been able to take him out of the swing right away.

If he was able to get his head between the swing and the frame, then YOU had the swing on the wrong setting. I'm looking at my (rather tall) 5 month old in this swing right now, and the swing bar is INCHES shy of the frame bar. What you are claiming is either simply not possible, or very VERY unlikely. I even switched the swing into the other position, and I'm still not seeing it.
