My daughter grew out of it quickly

buying for a baby, buying for durability, buying educational toys, buying for a toddler, buying for long term use, a first-time parent

Pros

colorful lights, great for babies, Easy to assemble, Music change w/ different buttons hit

Cons

didn't grow with child, microphone doesn't amplify, Microphone unrealistic

Fisher-Price Superstar Sing Along Stage —

I bought this for my daughter at 6 months and it was her favorite toy...until she learned how to walk at 10 months. Every baby I know LOVES playing with this toy but I think they loose interest as they get older. It has a good amount of songs, colorful lights, volume control, and 2 modes-which are all very nice. However at 17 months my daughter now towers over it and has not been able to see herself in the mirror for quite some time. She rarely (next to never) touches this toy anymore. I paid only $25 for it on sale but I see it selling for $40-$45 now, which I think is WAY too much. Expect your baby to LOVE this toy but don't expect it to grow with them.
