    inexpensive, night light, power source on/off

Cons
    hearing CB radio transmissons, not digital, does not always work, hearing static, hearing radio transmissions, cell phone charging causes feedback, lots of static, cheaply made, lots of interference

This is the most horrid monitor I have ever come across. Not only did it break within 1 week, before that, all it did was make static noise. I called the fisher price hotline, and they were extremely nice, wanting to replace anything they could. Long story short, they ended up sending out about 6 different parts, 6 different times. This process took about 2 months. After all this, the monitor still made static noise, and some of the parts were actually broken in the boxes when they arrived. I finally just sent everything back to them, and they sent me a gift certificate for a replacement. We bought a toy with that. I would not recommend this monitor to anyone who likes peace of mind or a good night's sleep. Fisher price has an excellent customer service team, but they should just stick to what they are good at, toys.
