Fisher Price Sounds and Lights Monitor — 

This is great if you live in an apartment or a small house.  It's clear and i love the lights, so if you think you heard something, the lights will reassure you.  I lived in a moderate sized 3 bedroom one bath and when I would go out to our quater acre yard and the baby in the room it would get distorted.  I like the fact that the reciever plugged in and took batteries.  The choice was mine.  It lasted a while, and held up to a lot of abuse.  It did turn yellow, and NO ONNE smoked in my house the plastic just gor brittle over time and discolored.  Overall I am very happy for the price I paid, and it never had a problem.
