A Concerned Parent, a first-time parent, Mother of 1, Safety conscious, budget conscious
Pros

    inexpensive, power source on/off, night light

Cons
    cell phone charging causes feedback, lots of static, hearing static

This product works but if you are a new mom I would not recommend it. When I first brought my son home I was constantly running up and down the stairs because I could not here him through the static and I kept hearing other sounds on the moniter that were not coming from my sons room. I have to have the moniter in very specific parts of the house in order for it to work properly. I would like to invest in a new one but do not have the money.
