Fisher Price Rainforest Cradle Swing Review

Our firstborn slept in this swing for nearly every nap the first several months of her life.  She often woulld stare at the mobile and listening to the music until it lulled her to sleep.  Knowing that we could turn the swing on and not need to think about winding it up or batteries dying in the middle of a much-needed nap made this a swing a stand-out when we needed to replace a hand-me-down plug-in swing.  When she couldn't fall asleep at night, this swing did the trick, rocking her to sleep for hours before we would move her to her crib.  Several things about this swing made it convenient -- in addition to being able to plug it in and not have to constantly replace expensive, large batteries, we could easily change the directions that the swing moved -- even when our daughter was in the chair!  Many hours were spent watching the mobile and listening to the sounds of the rainforest in our home!
